The Roadway

would it..
will it not?
the roadway to the final destination
would carry the fragrance of
soil... dried leaves and the sweat along?
will it spread the nostalgia of sojourn
while the swaying branch bends to
 brush the tresses
Will the dust speak of the crimson sunset
floating in the air
or of the wading birds bidding adieu
to lakes and pollen of distant flowers
will the anchor of sail...sing tale
of rough weathers
or the vessel explain the trembles of
turbulent waters
would the altar of purpose...
reverberate nuances of the voyage
....
Breathe then... inhale the redolence ;
...like a feather this
will vanish forever...lost,
 in the treading soil
of the travel...

Roots

herein i fortify the roots of nature
ones which need love and affection
in storms whence they stand stronger
deeper to travel more inside the gravel....

roots of life ,
roots of human
 cause of
ignorance or wisdom

anchor thyself,
 in soil
introspect inside
what lies on the layer is superficial
above the ground...the world is so different
underneath...
the real roots exist and appear....

The String of Karma

The cycle of life runs
moves
 re brings forth
 landscape of virtual apprehensions
like old Travellers on crisscross roads;
startled by new endeavours, eyes challenge the existence
gaze upon the-
credibility of uniqueness and fervour
status quo of minds question, in pretence
 on frisson  thoughts of dharma;
O! Time , Isn’t it a compulsion
To be beaded in the decked choker woven by
benign hands
Sequined by our actions
adorn thy flair
 in beguiling life
The string of Karma ties and pulls in all directions…

AUGUR

Indefinite , infinite is the call
hope of a dawn that illuminates the darker
though the distance had been farther
and path too difficult
that golden shine which peeps
from behind life's silhouette
speaks as an augur
here shall arrive
the momentous moment
when reap thou shall
sowed seeds of faith
to that voice of inner conscience
auspices
the soul in trust &  vigour.

Carved

DSCF7124.JPG

amidst the rumbling chaos and storms

on the rock of life perpetual & strong

thy presence

cut and chiselled a new form

carving emotions on heart and piercing

the veins …

pricking to be alive every moment

every dawn

Tis inexplicable

the hammer

silent blow

and rock

awaiting new shape

new sculpture of life to be formed…

The ink and the quill

While my heart throbs in the
Misty mornings of winter
Thy soul snuggles for some warmth in my words
I paint the sky saffron embracing thou
 presence

Years ago
beside you under the mulberry tree
you had asked
while scribbling
my name on  dust of a storm
will thy  be mine
I had nodded
carving thou  inside deep notches

Births later
We sit and dream
Away from one another by  seven  seas
will there be a common sky
a single roof where
you would be the ink and  I, the quill .

QUEST

under the expanse of colours

where breathes life due to HIS desire

infinitesimal are such glimpses

whence overwhelmed is the atmosphere

yearns to express the soul

often losing words as eyes trickle few pearls

to compensate the mute emotion

away from the worldly plays

in silence cries the soul craving for eternity

and

The quest continues forever…
