She lives nowhere

She lives nowhere
 neither in her own cage
 nor in open air
 homeless, shelterless she moves…
 seeking solace
 would the tranquil blue provide
 her some rest
will the traveling clouds quench her thirst ageless,
in the crowd, she gets lost
 her voice diminishing to nothingness
 where ‘s she now
 where is her abode
 in the limitless sky
she searches for her unique dwell.

The last lullaby

It was a rendezvous

a tryst with lost hidden moments

fancied through dreams and imaginations

become alive

as fingers on an vintage collection turn the pages

Few drops shed, innumerable smiles captured

the nostalgia of dusty coherence

reminded of old wiped tragedies

a cluster of flowers once bloomed

together

It’s autumn time now ,

dear friend

The florets sing the

last lullaby.

“Ego & Love “

“EGO & LOVE

“fidgety fretful , always had been his heart
he threw tantrums whilst, love wept and scattered like shards
stamping arrogance he displayed
in a corner few tears she shed…
a silver bowl that bedecked
overflowed with pearls
precious…

what a paradox
epiphany in delusion
he flaunts false pride
of translucent treasures
in possession
while she drinks with her palm
cupped
an incessant intoxicating ale
from the open wounds of
her chafed heart ,
with a smile gentle…”

the random conversation
misty eyes
choked voice
in midst of inner chaotic silence
affirmative or prerogative
one word replies
emotions suffocated
strangled in a knot
the lily beside, pleaded
few more moments sought
hesitatingly I nodded
henceforth
lone will be the journey
lone will be the path
under the blue
as two souls walk apart.

“THE PRICELESS GIFT”

DSC01167

what should I gift thee,
a token of love wrapped
in silk
a kiss shall vanish
in the zephyr,
a rose will lose its colour
lacy pack of chocolates
soon get savoured in hours,
an attire would wrap
thou,
but soon will the thread get unleashed

…then
what should I gift thee…
which valuable jewel?
a diamond, gold, ruby or emerald
they lose charm
in glittering aura of thou…
The stones will fall apart…
then…
what should I gift thee
A book, which
can be treasured for years…
..oh no, it shall be stacked in the shelf
dust will be its companion…
A perfume shall fizz out in days
every gift is mortal…
Unlike the soul of mine and thee
which remains immortal…

O ! then let me pluck few moments
from the cosmic air
of universe,
bedeck them with flowers of love
scent with my songs of splendor…
tune in music with my chords
I would gift thee
this
ceaseless, priceless , immortal
treasure.

Oxford Handset nay, am God’s clay !

Oh! am  god’s clay

soft , tender, smooth

yet can be brittle and tough at times

nay, I ain’t hail

from the breed

of proud ,haughty misnomers

who sparsely realize a drop

of tear worth…

neither they hath seen the

gory of dead or

the dreaded hunger

yet epitomize

words ..larger than life

social and palpable

..they have mugged the

Oxford handset

decks which every word as treasure

alas! never could their heart get drench

in the tragic rain of worries under the

shrouded

rain coat of superficial fashion..

DEATH

DEATH
I simmer in the boiling emotions of past
Oh! death ! it isn’t that easy
to sleep in thy arms,
before the world awakens
in duty is immersed my heart.
Would thou ever survive a second
in such life , craving for a glance…
Oh ! death! thou ignorant
of the mortal ways of earth…
how doth you know
the sordidness,
eyes when get wet with reminiscences …
Wrap me with the white linen
of thy warmth,
wait ,
let me furnish the assigned task
there are few minutes left
to be in thy arms!
My son!
Come here, adorn the casket
spread the lilies
Beware!
I fear roses
they prickle my skin…
quietly step near
I sleep in peace…
do not disturb…

SEARCH

through the lanes and down  the streets

where once stepped thy feet,

I find myself on faltering knees,

behold! the dust just flew

thou!disappearing

in the gushing wind…

the painted vase still vibrates

from the touch of thine fingers,

handicrafts and carpet

exhume thy scent …

the aromatic fragrances mingle…

near the jeweler, who sold antiques

I see thy bracelet silver,

studded with blue sapphires

carved with my name clear…

the moon shines overhead

directionless I return,

through the sands of time

lookin’ for another clue in the desert.

Floweth like wind!

shone the glow of your face in shimmering sparkles
Ya !  I am stupefied, charmed
by the smile of your grandeur…
Floweth like wind,
who caressing the soft temple
my brows are jealous
whisked out quickly the
kiss between their splendor.

the penetrating feel of
the affection,
a simple peck
imprinted on wall of adoration.

oh! I melted in seconds
transformed the frigid nature
like fragments of dew,I
disperse and mingle
with the dancing breeze amateur.

Painting!

PAINTING

On fingertips , smudged is colour of the
ethereal ,
rouging over a blank canvas
images of illusory candidness emerge…
gradual strokes, the tender touch makes
silky smoothed the texture
violets, scarlets,lavenders,carmines,
sapphires,turquoise brighten
the alluring render…
a song reverberates in the chamber
pounds where the heart in thunder,
miss I the enchanter
the painter of my existing splendor.
